Can I order several sizes to try on?
Please don't! We manufacture your product especially for you after ordering. Therefore we ask you to order only your usual size. You are doing us a great favor and the environment too. If the item still does not suit you, please contact us at info@care-fishing.de
Which countries do we deliver to?
Domestic delivery (Germany) and to the following countries : Austria, Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, Italy, Belgium .
Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.
How much is the shipping?
We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €5.99 per order.
From an order value of €90.00 we deliver free of charge. (Germany)
When can I expect my order?
Your products will be made especially for you after your order has been received and will be with you after approx. 3-7 working days.
Can it be that several packages come?
For logistical reasons, your ordered items may be shipped from different locations. As a result, your order may arrive at different times.
This has no influence on the shipping costs.
I don't like the product - how do I proceed?
You have the right to cancel the order within 14 days without giving a reason . Please contact :info@care-fishing.de
Please understand that we cannot assume the costs for a return.
What materials are our products made of?
You can find the composition of the material for each product on the product page.
How are the products washed?
We manufacture your delivery after the order has been received, so please wait up to 5 days after delivery before washing for the first time so that the print is completely dry.
Always wash inside out (print inside)
Washing : max. 30°
Dryer: not suitable
Ironing: max.110°
What do we pay attention to when manufacturing the products?
- Textiles made from certified organic cotton
- water-based inks for printing
- Production of the prints in Germany
- sustainable and environmentally friendly production
It is important to us that your textiles are produced sustainably. We only offer products that meet these criteria. We do not want the people in the manufacturing countries to become ill as a result of the production of textiles and the environment to be burdened more than necessary.
